Shipping policy

Orders may be fulfilled by different Puppy Stash partners or suppliers, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times can vary by product, supplier, customization, and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Multiple Shipments
Some Puppy Stash products are fulfilled separately. If your order arrives in more than one package, this is normal and you will not be charged additional shipping unless shown at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Puppy Stash is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you determine the next step.
